2. What data we collect

Through the contact form on this site, you may share: your name, email address, and any message you choose to write.

The contact form works via a „mailto” link, which opens your own email application with a pre-filled message. This means the information you enter is not transmitted to or stored on any server owned by MajLena Creative Solutions or any third party — you send the message yourself, from your own email account, just like writing a normal email. Once received, Milena keeps the message in her own inbox for as long as needed to respond and maintain contact, unless you ask for it to be deleted sooner.

If you contact us directly by phone or email (outside the form), we process the details you share only to respond to you.

3. Legal basis and purpose

We process data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — responding to enquiries from people interested in our services — and, where a working relationship begins, for the performance of a contract.

4. Cookies

In its current form, this website does not use any cookies beyond those strictly necessary for it to function — there is no analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising pixel, or other tracking technology. If this changes in future, this policy will be updated and a consent banner will appear wherever required by law.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with other companies for marketing purposes. This site links to external services (Facebook, Mixcloud, Polonia24.uk, the OPOKA and Stichting Art ASZ foundation websites) — once you click through, their own privacy policies apply, not ours.

6. How long we keep data

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain a business relationship, and no longer than necessary, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. accounting records for a confirmed engagement).

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
